These elements may misguide and cheat innocent persons/organisations asking them to deposit money as service charge/facilitation charge for providing work/contract at Tata Power-DDL.
• Tata Power-DDL does not authorize any person to act on its behalf in relation to works of tendering, procurement which are in public domain (Newspaper, online etc.).
• Such unscrupulous persons even indulge in fabrication of employee identity cards, company logo etc. to represent themselves as genuine Tata Power-DDL employees.
• In the event any such person contacts you assuring of award of tender or facilitation of tender related work at Tata Power-DDL, you may immediately notify us at etender@caminal-equip.com
• Confidentiality of the complainant shall be maintained at all times.

So please be aware, don’t become a victim and protect yourself against such frauds. Any one dealing with any individual/agency/ web portal shall be doing it at his/her own risk. Tata Power-DDL shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of any kind incurred directly or indirectly owing to such acts.
